I have been playing BF2 for quite a while and have played in/run many clans. To ban someone on a whim with out any proof is an extreme cowardly act. I played respectable in your server and caused no reason for a ban. Check my stats, they are legit...I have over 300hrs in the chopper. Honestly, I don't care if the ban is lifted or not as I do not care to play in servers with childish admins. I just wanted to make you all aware that you should train some of your admins as they abuse their power to better themselves in the game. If someone would have simply asked me to back off a little in the chopper I would have happily obliged. Just remember its smart to have a little back up and proof before you start flexing your e-nuts.

He was single seating in the helicopter and taking out the F35. (4x) Ive seen Jeremey do it all the time. I saw no complaining or warnings from the USMC , just the Ban.

First off watch battlerecorder there sir, we at least gave 5 to 10 warnings about being suspected HACK and to respond. Even one request to respond. He shot Turbo out of Jet single seating 4 times in the round and that seemed very suspicious.

Appreciate coming to the board to justify but I did ask you to respond as we do try to keep the server as fair as possible and TVing a good jet pilot 4 times straight raised some questions.

Go to battle recorder b4 we accuse our own of not being fair

If I was warned then I appologize as I never saw the warnings. As far as nailing the jet four times, he was flying completely straight...very easy to hit with some practice...

Is there any way to differentiate between what was said in public chat vs team chat. Like I said if the entire chat was said in public chat then my appology but I don't recall seeing any of this chat take place. The fact of the matter though is that I do not hack, have never hacked, and will never hack.

tv a jet 4 times in a round, 3000 hrs, never seen it, one thing I have
seen is choppers tv in buildings around corners making 45 degree
angles, down a hall and hit me in my forehead, they are hackers.

Reminds me of the guy in the tank shooting choppers and jets down
it dont happen by skill.. I say leave the ban in place, last thing I need
is one of these joining a stacked team anyway. 300 hrs aint jack squat
for downloaded skillz..

I kicked soley b/c he wouldn't respond and it was just crazy he TV'es the JET 4 times. Respect his post and time in coming here.

When he TV'ed me between buildings he would have had to have bent the TV Missile arc at least 60 to 75 degrees last second to hit me where I was between two buildings and from where he shot the TV close to airfield. If possible then my bad. But it was more b/c Bear said he NEVER missed the whole round and that he TV'ed Turbo 4 times in Jet.

I am fine with Ban lift based on taking the time to come here and post which is all I was wanting in game
